Emotional Intelligence Workshops for Children
The Book of Dreams supported ACCIS in conducting three Emotional Intelligence Workshops from December 2023 to February 2024. These workshops engaged a total of 79 children aged 3 to 12, along with their parents, focusing on feeling with others, goal setting, and gratitude. They helped children express their feelings and cope with challenges.

Cultural Summer Camp for Children
The Book of Dreams supported ACCIS in hosting a Cultural Summer Camp from July 31st to August 4th, 2023, at American River College (ARC). Thirty-four children enjoyed engaging in various cultural activities. The camp concluded with a celebration on Saturday, August 5, 2023, where participants received certificates and gifts.

Bowling Fun for Youth and Children
The ACCIS holiday season celebration included a bowling activity on December 18, 2021, enjoyed by 50 adults and children. The event, made possible by the Book of Dreams, provided a fun experience for families, fostering new friendships among participants.

Middle Eastern Cultural Summer Camp for Youth and Children
Thanks to the Book of Dreams, twelve children participated in the ACCIS Summer Camp from August 2 - 6, 2021, enjoying a week of fun and educational activities as part of Eid Al Adha celebrations. They learned about the Pyramids, listened to live oud demonstrations, Arabic/English folktale storytelling, and created cultural crafts and artwork on stencil, mosaic, and more.

Eid Al Fitr Activities
The Book of Dreams contributed to the enjoyment of forty-seven children during the Eid Al Fitr celebration hosted by ACCIS on May 13-16, 2021.
